運転中に携帯電話（スマホ）を使用してはいけない事も教えてくれてますね。

速度守る事も大事だけど、全体の流れみて遅いなら後続に譲る事も大事だよ。良く無いけどこういうのから煽り運転発生しちゃうんでしょ

法定速度40キロを守ってると思ってるかもしれないけどスピードメーターには誤差があるから他車からするとそれ未満でタラタラ走られてると見られてる可能性もあるもんね

まぁこれが自分で運転していて走行中に画面を見ながら撮影していたなら運転中のスマホ注視でこれはこれで道交法違反だけど変なやつにからまれないためにも左に停車して譲るのも有りだとは思う。

見つかったら怒られる〜

メーターの誤差があるから制限+10km/hまでは取り締まらないですしね
かといって私はメーター読み+10km/hで走れとは思いませんけど

あとは車ごとに車輪の大きさ違うから同じ40キロでも車輪の円周の差から速さに多少の違いがあるって教習所の教官が言ってたな

車検でも誤差あって当たり前だからプラマイいくらか許容されてるよ

法定速度って超えちゃいけないから40なら38ぐらいで走ってって自校で言われたんで未満でいいと思うんですけど違いますか？

事故りたくないなら、法定速度は守りましょう。ちゃんちゃん♪
